We can supply Lead Free Solder Bar and Tin-lead Bar Series
1.LEAD-FREE SOLDER BAR Our lead-free solder bars and balls come from the refined
Tin, Silver, Copper. All the raw materials must pass the strict evaluation before saucing. In this way, the toxic elements such as Lead, Cd and Hg can be effectively
prohibited, banned by EU RoHS directives. And also, we can lower the toxic materials percentage in the solder, if our customers have higher demand. Compared with the traditional Sn-Pb solder, lead-free solder has less better wetting, easily oxidized ,and results in the tin tassels. In order to overcome the weakness, we have made a deep and long-term research and in the technology, we use deoxidizing and de-dross process and add special anti-oxidation elements. In this way, the weakness is basically resolved, which reduces the tin-dross and promote the solder ability. The popular anti-oxidation solder bar consists of 300~400 and 250~300 according to its working temperature. The first 300~400is suitable for the static dips
2.TIN-LEAD BAR SERIES solder bar utilizes 100% processed electroplate tin and high
purity lead and alloy. And all the products are processed by deoxidizing and de-dross
and adding special anti-oxidation elements. And the metal elements are superior than GB/T80,L-200,GB/T3131-2001 China; JIS-Z-3283 ,Japan and QQ-S-571F,America standards. The above-mentioned method reduces the viscosity and oxidation on the surface and promotes the wetting and mechanical strength. And the soldering spots are full and nice in good shape with minimum dross. We have two solder bar 300~430 and 200~300 anti-oxidation according to its working temperature.300~430
anti-oxidation solder bar designed for dip soldering. It is suitable for electronic
transformer, relay, and electronic led tinning processing, etc and the static melt solder surface keeps long-term mirror plate.200~300anti-oxidation solder bar designed for wave and dip soldering. And the dross amount is only 1/2 or 1/3 of the similar products on the market. oldering and 250~300 for dynamic wave soldering.
