Lead-free solder compared with traditional lead solder(Sn-Pb),The biggest drawback of Lead-free solder is not good at the infiltrative,and the diffusion rates is also worse than 10%.This product the SUPER 88S lead-free environmental protection flux is the rosin core wires flux(CORES FLUX) for lead-free solder.Compared with the traditional rosin welding wire flux,it is greatly improved the infiltrative,and the rosin core wires flux achieved the same welding characteristics with the traditional lead solder.This flux type is mid-level active agent ,it can be classified as RMA Type or No Clean Type.The rosin core wires flux satisfied with no clean welding requirements of the ANSI/J-STD-006 ROL0, and accord with specification of J-STS-001 ClassIII .Have good solder results, no adhesion and no corrosive, invasion speed,and satisfy the requirements of rapid welding manual.It is applicable to the high quality electronic products.
