Titania type CO2 shielded flux cored welding wire, ESITI-Ni1

AT-YJ502Ni is titania type CO
2
shielded flux cored wire for all position. There is a number of Ni left in deposition after welding and which lead perfect low-temperature toughness above -30°C.
Applications
For mutual welding and corner welding of shipbuilding, ocean structures, bridges and tanks.
Notes on Usage
Use 100% CO
2
gas.
CO
2
mass flow should be controlled at 20-25l/min.
Out stick should be controlled in 15-25mm
