CO2 gas shielded welding wire has excellent weldability. This kind of welding wire has low spatters while welding and can be performed at all positions. Its welds apperance in good-looking shapes. Owing to the strong binding strength of the copper layer, the welding wire ER70S-6 has a strong rust-resisting Property, so it can be fed smoothly and stably. Higher impact toughness can be obtained from its weld at low temperature.
Allplication: Welding of carbon steels and low alloy steels, such as vehicles, vessels, bridges, Building machines and containers etc.
We can supply CO2 welding wire ER70S-6 from 0.5kgs/spool to 20kgs/spool, and 250kgs/drum packing, sizes from 0.6mm to 1.6mm. Our products have approvals of GL, DNV, ABS, BV etc
