Flux Cored Aluminum Brazing Wire

4047 rolled trip with non-corrosive flux inside.
Al-Al Joint Flux Cored Brazing Wire

Specification
FC-400

Characters
Aluminum brazing flux cored wire, the brazing wires is aluminum and silicon alloys .They have flux inside the wire. Unlike the regular brazing wire, flux-cored wires do not need extra flux and its relative operations. This kind brazing wire is favorable to flame brazing, high-frequency brazing and furnace brazing.

Advantages
1. Excellent wettability and spreading ability.
2. Excellent Anti-corrosion ability.
3. Less heat needed and easy to operate than 4047 rod.
4. Environment friendly and comply with RoSH.
5. Non-corrosive flux, non-hygroscopic, and the post braze cleaning is not necessary.
