ERNiCrFe-6 Welding Wire

ERNiCrFe-6 is a nickel-chromium-iron filler metal used for cladding or overlaying on steel and for joining dissimilar combinations of nickel base alloys to each other or to carbon steel and stainless steel. Excellent for joining austenitic and ferritic stainless steels to each other or to high nickel base 200, nickel-copper Monel alloys and to carbon steel. Filler metal 92 can be used with MIG, TIG submerged arc and plasma arc welding processes. The weld deposits of filler metal 92 will precipitation harden on heat treatment, with the hardness determined by temperature and the length of time the weld deposit is exposed to that temperature.
