Area of application/characteristics
For wearing parts with medium hardness from wear-resistant metal in stamping, corrosive wearing. The hardness of deposited material can be increased (810 degrees -850 degrees Celsius). Can be polished after processing. Used on track body parts, mold, bottom mold and sticky tool. the center part is a compression of laser thermal processing tool steel wire; used for laser welding of alloy steel, plastic injection mold, with perfect corrosion resistance, good gloss, and and powerful performance of polishing and electrical erosion.
Instructions for welding:
process the welding area to metallic brightness, preheat it to 200-300C

The chemical composition of the pure weld deposit depends on the weld parameters applied

Deposited hardness of the material strongly depends on the parent material and its chemical composition. However, this influence will be decreased as welded layers increases.
