Notes on Usage:
Polarity: AC or DC-.
Shielding gas: Pure argon, the purity should be above 99.99%.
Gas flow: Current :100-200A,flow:7-12L/min. 200-300A, gas flow: 12-15L/min.
Rust layer, moisture, oil stain, dust of the welding part should be surely cleaned up.
Under the circumstance of outdoor welding, if the wind speed is more than 1.5m/s, wind resistant actions should be taken, wind resistant facility is necessary to prevent porosity.
The above suggestion is for reference, during concrete operation, please be accurate with site situation. If necessary, WPS should be firstly performed and then welding plan should be confirmed.
