DESCRIPTION:
ER50-6 is a low alloy steel gas shielded welding wire,protected with pure CO2or Ar + CO2 gas.During welding,stable arc,low spatters,excellentfabrication weldahility and low sensitivity of weld gas porosity can be obtained.It can be used for all position welding with large welding current range.

APPLICATIONS:
Suitabte for welding carbon steel and 50OMPa grade low alloy steel, such as vehicles, bridges,construction,mechanical structures etc.Also can be used in welding thin plates and pipelines with high speed.

DESCRIPTION:
ER49-1 is a carbon steel and low alloy steel gas shield welding wire .It is able to prevent gas porosity and slag inclusion producing due to the deoxidization depending on Mn and Si in the wire jointly.The crack resistance of weld metal can be developed and satisfactory mechanical properties can be obtained.
APPLICATIONS:
Suitable for welding carbon steel and 500MPa grade low alloy steel,such as vehicles,bridges,
construction and mechanical structures etc.
